To permanently close your account, select send an email to support@cryptoarbitrage.tech and they will forward you an account closing instruction.
Your account must have a zero balance before it can be closed. If you still have funds in any of your accounts, you'll need to withdraw your funds in a currency or cryptoasset supported by Crypto Arbitrage.
Does Crypto Arbitrage retain my email address after I close my account?
Crypto Arbitrage will retain some of your personal information for a minimum of five years or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to prevent fraud, or to resolve disputes, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
