If you believe your email has been compromised and you no longer have access to the email account, please contact Crypto Arbitrage Support immediately.

 

What you'll need to regain account access

If you lost access to the email address you used to create your Crypto Arbitrage account, we'll need to go through a few steps to help you access your account. 

Before you start, you will need the following: 

  • The password associated with your Crypto Arbitrage account
  • One of the forms of identification: National ID, Passport or Drivers license
  • A new email address to update on the record

Please let our support team know you have lost access to your email address and kindly provide them a copy of your ID. They will verify it is you requesting the change of email address and will update your account accordingly. 

 

The account update process usually takes 48 hours to complete but can sometimes take longer. After 24 hours, you should be able to sign in to your account using your new email address. After 48 hours, you should have full deposit and withdrawal functionality restored. For your security, withdrawals will be disabled on your account until the full security period has passed.
