Crypto Arbitrage Institutional Onboarding Requirements 

Thank you for choosing Crypto Arbitrage. We're excited to welcome your company to the platform! 

We're committed to maintaining comprehensive and risk-based Customer Due Diligence policies and procedures. To this aim, we require certain information and documentation to be submitted for review. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this process.

 

To get started, please follow these instructions: 

  1. Go to institutional onboarding form: Crypto Arbitrage: Institutional onboarding  
  2. Complete the institutional account opening application 

The institutional application should take 3 - 5 minutes to complete if you have all the information required on hand. Crypto Arbitrage requires the following information for an institutional account: 

  • Full legal name and D/B/A (if applicable)
  • Principal place of business
  • Jurisdiction of organization
  • Taxpayer identification number
  • List of all executive officers and directors ("D&Os")
  • List of all individuals and entities who, directly or indirectly, beneficially own or controls 10% or more of the equity interests in the entity ("10% shareholders")
  • Description of business
  • Description of the source of assets
  • Bank statement
  • Bank name
  • Entity legal documents: 
    • Certificate of Incumbency 
    • Certificate of Incorporation
    • M&AA
    • Organizational chart
  • For all D&Os and 10% shareholders:
    • Passport or similar government-issued identification
    • Proof of address

Please submit Certified True Copies of the above documents; we may also request more information in some cases.
