Individual account opening

What you'll need

  • Be at least 18 years old (we’ll ask for proof)
  • A government-issued photo ID (we don’t accept passport cards)
  • A computer or smartphone connected to the internet
  • The latest version of your browser (we recommend Chrome)

Crypto Arbitrage doesn’t charge a fee to create or maintain your Crypto Arbitrage account. Learn about pricing and fees. 

 

1. Create your account

Go to https://www.cryptoarbitrage.tech from a browser on your computer.

Note: We don’t recommend accessing Crypto Arbitrage through a browser on your mobile device. 

  1. Click or tap Get started or Sign up.
  2. You’ll be asked for the following information. Important: Enter accurate, up-to-date information to avoid any issues.
    • Legal full name (we’ll ask for proof)
    • Email address (use one that you have access to)
    • Password (memorize your password)
    • Your Country and State (we’ll ask for proof)
  3. Read the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
  4. Check the box and click  Sign up if you agree.
  5. Coinbase will send you a verification email to your registered email address.

2. Verify your email

  1. Select Verify Email Address in the email you received from Crypto Arbitrage. This email will be from no-reply@cryptoarbitrage.tech

  2. Clicking the link in the email will take you back to cryptoarbitrage.tech

  3. You’ll need to sign back in using the email and password you recently entered to complete the email verification process.

 

3. Complete the application

  1. Step 1 - Personal details:  Enter the information shown on your valid government-issued photo ID - you’ll need to submit a photo of this ID later - as well as the other requested information.
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Date of Birth
    • Address
    • Cellphone number
    • Country 
    • State/Province
    • Zipcode
    • Agree to our Protection and Processing of Personal Information Policy
  2. Step 2 - Identity verification:  Please submit the information required to verify your identity.
    • National identification number
    • Upload a national identification document of your choice (ID/Passport/Drivers licenses) are accepted.
    • Agree to our Identity Verification Policy 
  3. Step 3 - Funding questionnaire:  Please answer the questionnaire required to establish your source and flow of funds.
    • Are you depositing funds on behalf of other people?
    • Are you a politically prominent person?
    • What is the primary source of your funds?
    • What is your expected initial investment?
    • Are you a tax resident of the United States of America (USA)?
    • What is your expected investment time horizon?

This completes the application process. Please wait until you receive further instructions via email.

 

4. Deposit

Once your application is approved your account will become fully functional and you will receive an email notification advising you to log in and make your first deposit so that you may start earning arbitrage returns on your capital.
